You will be required to accept full accountability and responsibility for the safety and operation of your mining panel. The role includes the Statutory duties in the work area as well as developing and maintaining the highest possible safety, housekeeping and production performance standards.

You will be responsible for all production and maintenance activities in your area. You are the leader of your crew delivering tool Box talks, overseeing risk assessments and implementing production and maintenance plans within the guidelines of the mine’s Management Plans.
