Talent2 are recruiting a Manufacturing Engineering role for one of the employers of choice within the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. The FMCG organisation has a track record of training and developing its employees and believes in delivering a life balance to its employees.

This exciting and challenging opportunity reports through to the Engineering Manager and will responsible for delivering Continuous Improvement activities across internal and external processes in order to drive the Engineering and Quality function to future success. The role will require extensive travel across the Asia Pacific area in order to work with and develop both suppliers and customers.

In order to be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of a fast paced, high speed manufacturing environment and have a strong background in quality assurance or process engineering. You will be analytical and been able to use root cause analysis tools to deliver solutions to complex production and quality issues. This role will require excellent communication skills and will be responsible for training and developing of clients and internal staff. A trade level or degree qualification in Electrical or Electronic systems is a minimum requirement to be considered for this position.
