Weatherford a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

INVOICING OFFICER

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience required in accounting, especially invoicing
• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of accounting practices and broad base knowledge of core business.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer software (MS Office, Internet application)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Ability to work unsupervised

RECEPTIONIST

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma 3
• 3 years in similar position at a multinational company / international 5 stars hotel
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Diplomacy and sensitivity when dealing with clients
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent standards of literacy and numeracy in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must be able to operate a variety of internal and external telephone systems.
• Excellent standards of literacy and numeracy in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must be able to operate a variety of internal and external telephone systems.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
