Sr. Landman needed immediately for a full-time position in Houston, TX. Candidate must have strong due diligence and negotiation skills as well as solid communication skills, both oral and written. Must have experience in tracking land and lease issues on each prospect. Experience in managing all land matters including include title examination, title curative, lease acquisition, right-of-ways, contract negotiations, and lease and well title curative. Candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years experience. Current experience in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma is preferred.
