Regional Administration Supervisor (Bilingual French)
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, this role has dual functions: delivery and execution of National standards and processes at the Regional level and providing development expertise at the National level.
This role will support and embed Superior Propane's vision, mission, values and goals by ensuring that all people and business practices, policies and processes are applied consistently in support of excellent customer service and ease of doing business.Superior Propane offers a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive wages, a flexible benefits program and a company matched pension and savings plan.
Key Accountabilities
Lead, organize, assign, and evaluate the work of general administrative staff in the ROC, and provide technical support to delivery and service administrators as required
Recommend modifications and improvements consistent with National processing standards
Maintain budgeted administrative costs
Evaluate and manage work through auditing and reviewing work performed by administrators and coach as required
Hire, coach, train, motivate, and develop staff to ensure exceptional customer service, internal and external where required
Payroll and Disability Management standard compliance and reporting
Work with SAC, CDM and RSM to ensure administrative procedures and processes are meeting the needs of the business as well as our customers
Provide support to Regional Business Manager and General Manager as required
Support the execution of National standards and processes
Other duties of similar nature or level as assigned
Competencies/Qualifications
Preference will be given to individuals who possess a post-secondary diploma and/or 3-5 years of related experience;
Computer proficiency (Windows applications, E-mail, JD Edwards);
Recognized team player, energetic, self-motivated, and persuasive;
Proven track record of providing good customer service with effective leadership qualities;
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle difficult situations diplomatically and professionally
Fluent in both English and French (written and oral)
Personally aligned with Superior's RISE principals, and able to effectively demonstrate these values
