Urgent! Financial Analysts and Accountants (CPA/ Non-CPA) for Multinational Companies c/o Joanna
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
* ACCOUNTING ANALYST/GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related Business Course
* With 1-3 years of related work experience
* Strong foundation of basic accounting concepts (AP/AR, Billing, Credit and Collection)
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Possess strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical abilities, detailed focused
* ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
* Qualifications:
* Accounting graduate, CPA, with at least 5 years experience as accounting supervisor
* Required to prepare and submit timely and accurate accounting reports, financial statements and annual budgets
* Proficient in analysis and evaluation of financial reports
* Proficient in accounting softwares and Microsoft Office applications
* SUPPLY ACCOUNTING ANALYST
* Responsibilities:
* • Responsible in monitoring inventory movements between the business and third party companies.
* • Validate movements scheduled in inventory tracking system against actual movements in SAP
* • Perform end of month exchange reconciliation
* • Reports discrepancies to Control Accountant/Team Lead as soon as identified
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Experience in using SAP Accounting System an advantage.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (eg: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
* Good command in English both oral and written.
* Proven team player, flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities and problem solving.
