Head, GSAP & Payroll Admin
(Singapore - East)

Responsibilities:
* Run a large payroll operation involving more than 2500 employees on the payroll;
* Interface and support the Shell Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur, and the Finance SAP team;
* Implement Global SAP (GSAP) processes for all HR payments processed outside the HR SAP system; review processes as impacted by GSAP retrofits; and conduct designated risk control review periodically;
* Manage the relationship and service provided by 3rd party consultants;
* Provide coaching and training to the team.

Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma holder with relevant payroll-related experience;
* Good working knowledge of HR SAP Payroll functionalities, Singapore Employment Act, and Finance GSAP system;
* Proven interpersonal skills and expertise in coordinating changes with other business/functions;
* Experience in dealing with shared service centre;
* Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.
