We are a global technical and engineering staffing services provider for our worldwide clients in the oil and gas. We offer a broad range of staffing services including contract and permanent personnel on either international or local assignment through our network of offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Middle East.
Purchase Order Assistant
(Loyang (5 days work, transport provided from Tampines and/or Simei MRT station))
Responsibilities:
* Processing material requisitions, obtain quotation and approval issue PO and receiving of items.
* Source, negotiate and procure materials and services in accordance with the requestor requirements.
* Expedite orders and monitor delivery schedule.
* Matching supplier invoice with POs & DOs.
* Monitors the vendors’ performance in terms of quality, delivery & services.
* Any other jobs assigned.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Office and ACCPAC.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
