Safety Administrator
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Collection, tabulation and Maintaining of HSE performance statistic submitted by site safety offices.
* Tracking of incident reports and supporting document submission from project sites
* Summarization and tabulation of incident reports data
* Coordination of Monthly HSE Department Meeting
* Coordination of Safety Promotional Activities
* Assist in the preparation of tender documents (HSE Aspect)
* Administrative duties such as dissemination of information to relevant parties
* Provide ad- hoc administrative support as and when required.

Requirements:
* Office Skill Certificate or O level.
* Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
* 1-2 years of experience in office adminstration for Oil and Gas industry.
* Must be willing to work in the west part of singapore.
