Temporary Accounts Clerk (3 months contract)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible in preparing payment voucher to suppliers or staff claims, and undertakes assigned responsibilities as instructed by upper level.
* Responsible to key-in data / entry into SAP system such as invoices (AP), debit Notes / credit notes, cashbook (payment voucher & petty cash vouchers), cash receipt and journal vouchers.
* Responsible in maintaining and updating cashbook payment & petty cash payment in MS Excel and making the necessary fund transfer after getting approval from Finance Manager (for BAB).
* Responsible in preparing and issuing of the debit notes to the subsidiaries or related companies in terms of payment made on behalf.
* Assisting to prepare BAB’s cashflow and inter-company schedule.
* Responsible in preparing bank and petty cash reconciliation for BAB, to ensure all entries had been taken-up into accounts.
* Responsible in updating BAB fixed asset schedule.
* Responsible in preparing supporting documents and schedule for audit / tax purposes and assisting Officer in preparing the Group Consol.
Requirements:
* Qualification: Diploma in Accountancy.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP system experience is an added advantage.
* Candidate must possess good inter-personal skills and must be able to work independently.
* This position is for 3 months contract only.
