Job description:

Duties:

  • Troubleshoot SAP/PRA Revenue and Compliance issues as needed

  • Test SAP/PRA Revenue and Compliance and integrated systems for patch releases

  • Submit, monitor and track SAP OSS Messages and Notes

  • Deliver training on SAP/PRA Revenue, Compliance and integrated systems

  • Develop reports specifications as requested 

  • Special projects as assigned

    • Requirements:

    • Undergraduate Degree

    • Two years Oil and Gas Revenue or Compliance experience minimum

    • SAP knowledge required

    • Advanced technical skill set

    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office

    • Manage multiple tasks effectively

    • Committed to providing outstanding customer service

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Extensive knowledge of information systems

    • Effective written and verbal communications skills are essential

    • Ability to work independently with varying levels of supervision

    • Ability to adapt in unexpected changes in planned tasks

    • Willing to take a fresh look at current processes and propose new ideas to improve efficiency

    • Address issues head on in a proactive fashion
