Description

 A diverse and fulfilling Base Administrator position has become vacant within our Barrow Island Operation.   The overall scope of this role is to provide administrative support to the Pilot in Charge and Engineer in Charge in their day to day coordination of base activities.   In detail, regular accountabilities will include the organisation of base accommodation bookings, liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance for the operation and facility upkeep, commercial purchasing for the base, and facilitation between the base and Head Office in Perth. This position also plays an important role in ensuring the safety and quality of the base, namely in the implementation of client initiatives and liaison with both internal and external parties in relation to various safety issues.   This position attracts a 15 days on, 13 days off roster.    

Qualifications

 To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role preferably within the aviation industry or resources sector. You will be flexible to work extended hours as needed to meet job/project requirements and be available for duty rosters and emergency response activation. FIFO experience is preferable but not essential.   You must have the legal right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role. Reocation is not on offer for this position.
