We are reputable Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Company especially for Oil and Gas industry is seeking high caliber candidates to fill vacancies for the following positions:

Human Resources Senior Officer (HRSO)

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• Education: S-1 degree.(Psychology, Law or Business Administration)
• Experience: Min 10 years at HRD field
• Understand of Labor Law and it is implementation
• Having experience in Training & Development
• Has good leadership to manage his members
• Excellent human relation skill
• Ready to be assigned at project job site
• Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Project).
• Familiar with work permit documentation for expatriates (Visa, passport, RPTKA, etc)
• Well understand and Familiar with ISO / QHSE Requirements
