Projects Finance and Administration Manager

My client is an international EPC contractor in the Oil and Gas industry. They have over 90 offices worldwide involved in multibillion dollar projects. Due to the award of a new 5 year project with a major oil company, there is a requirement for a Project Finance and Administration Manager to manage corporate finance, office admin, systems and procedures, internal communications, property and insurance functional areas. This role will be based in Kuwait.

Projects Finance and Administration Manager (Kuwait)

Requirements
* Degree qualified with additional CPA qualification or Chartered status in accounting, and financial management
* Minimum 15 years experience, of which 5 years in a related designation
* Minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas, refinery or petrochemical industry.
* Must have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
* Manage the details of insurance, taxation, legal and corporate company matters and handling of agreements
* Manage administration staff to achieve a high level of service within company cost objectives
* Supervise the maintenance of statistical records, credit and stock control
* Supervise the maintenance of statistical records, credit and stock control

* Coordinate the preparation and collection of reports from various departments within the company.
* Participate in the preparation of capital expenditure plans and annual budgets for business areas.
* Supervise costing and financial analysis
* Oversee the preparation of all management and financial reports including sales, productions, profit and loss, budget reconciliation, cash budget, balance sheet, reconciliation of capital additions and debtor and creditor summaries.
* Oversee projects and analysis of company operations as required to assist management in the review of operating expenses and efficiency
* Responsible for Contractorâ€™s commercial management of the projects
