Our Client, is one of the worlds largest diversified upstream oilfield service company. They are looking for a qualified person to join their team in Jakarta. The requirements are as follow:

♦ Recruitment and Development Manager (R&D Manager)

Essential Requirements:

• Proficiency in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, HRMS/PEOPLESOFT.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline (MBA in any core HR Functions is preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge on HR policies and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local governmental policy, regulations and labour laws.
• Strong leadership, managerial, mentoring and counseling skills.
• Responsible, organized and professional in handling confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEFL score of at least).
• Detail oriented and results focused.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Commitment to customer service, and to working in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to travel.

Preferred Experience:

• 5-10 years working experience in Human Resources functions.
• Oil and Gas Background would be an advantageous.

♦ Business Analyst (BA_Oil)

To perform operational Business / finance analysis duties under the supervision of the General Manager, and such supervision may also from the Financial Controller

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To review monthly financial statements and provide required financial analysis details from General Manager
• To review AFE for its reasonableness and profitability
• To assist the Financial Controller to prepare the monthly financial and management reports.
• To assist the Financial Controller and Business Unit Managers to review the Forecast and BSA.
• Ensure companys financial procedures are strictly adhered to in a consistent manner.
• Other duties as directed.

Requirements:

Essential:
• Broad base knowledge of operational functions
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees
• Good knowledge of relevant computer software, such as Excel and JDE
• Able to work under multinational working environment
• Good time management skill with attention to details.
• SOX 404 and ISO practical knowledge
• Can meet tight deadlines for reporting
• Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting with minimum 3 years working experience.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good team-player
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast changing business environment
• Sound business acumen.

Preferred:
• Minimum 2 years experience in an international oilfield services company
• Accounting degree of equivalent.
• Basic understanding of quality management principles.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi projects
• Good understanding of oil and gas services industry and the legal framework of Indonesia
