Under general supervision, performs complex Project Controls activities and coordinates the preparation of Project Controls activities for corporate initiatives and training. Responsibilities and activities include the following but may not be limited to: • Must understand the basic fundamentals of Project Controls, including Planning and Scheduling, Cost Management, and Change Management. • Understands and can develop Work Breakdown and Project Cost Coding Structures for project control • Facilitate and coordinate system initiative projects for Project Controls as required by various regional locations. • Effectively manage and coordinate vendors and various internal team members, including IT staff for projects and system improvements. • Ability to develop schedules and budgets for capital projects and effectively manage the project. • Ability to understand various business processes and identify gaps for improvement. • Prepare and deliver management reports. • Prepare and deliver variety of Project Controls training programs to Project teams in various regions. • Support the Director of Global Project Controls in monthly project reviews and project audits as required. • Other duties as assigned Requirements Basic fundamental Project Controls knowledge Strong computer skills Ability to travel as required. Domestic and International. Previous experience with Meridian Proliance/Prolog a plus Previous experience with Primavera V5.0 a plus Experience in Oil & Gas a plus Experience in EPC Contractor environment a plus. Good communication skills and ability to interact with varied cultures and nationalities. BS Degree
