Description
As the operator of the $20 billion North West Shelf Venture, Woodside Energy Ltd. continues to offer opportunities to work on some of the most significant projects within the Energy domain. At present one of their signature projects, the development of NR2, requires an experienced Interface Coordinator.
With an ambitious construction program and a flawless start-up ahead this role is critical in facilitating the effective forward movement of the project and feeds upwards into the project managers’ efforts and the success of the NR2 project delivery. You will get to see the project inside out, deal with people at senior levels and contribute to the success of this $4.5Billion dollar iconic project.
Your role will touch on our systems management, be integrated into commissioning, work with Subsea, Pipelines, Offshore and Onshore teams and external contractors and suppliers. In addition your will daily liaise with technical discipline leaders on project progress and supply critical information to them to make the project come together.

Statutory Regulations and Approvals as required by the P (LS) A legislation, Environmental Protection & Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act, etc.
Woodside Projects Interface Management System (WIMS)
Key Responsibilities
Custodian of the NR2 Interface Management Plan.
Custodian of the NR2 Interface Management System (PIMS)
Facilitate interface information agreement between various component groups across the Offshore and Onshore projects
Establish and maintain NR2 Project interface boundary drawings
Qualifications
You will most likely possess and Engineering Degree, and have previous experience in related project environments, in particular use of management systems. Your well developed interpersonal skills and communication strengths in both written and verbal add to your finesse in this role. You prefer to operate in an autonomous environment and describe yourself as a self starter who enjoys working on innovative fast paced projects.
