EDP Systems Analyst

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Technology (MIS), Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum seven (7) years experience in computer systems or EDP environment.

LANGUAGE: Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:

Generally, the EDP System Analyst II must:

Develop project proposals and plans.

Assign tasks to project members

Conduct quality assurance on project deliverables.

Implement new and maintain existing computer systems.

Support computer production systems.

Troubleshoot system problems and implement resolutions.

Develop new and enhance existing computer systems.

Test and evaluate computer systems.

Train and mentor newly hired Assistant EDP System Analyst IV.

Evaluate and test off-the-shelf products to ensure their applicability to corporate business requirements.

Review and analyze user requests for computer & communication systems, and recommend optimum solutions to meet customer requirements.
