POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will serve as a senior member of a team of consultants that will interface & consult to senior mgt. & executive staff in the assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of interventions that affect processes & strategies to address business line major issues which may include: change management, business process improvement, large & small group process facilitation, team alignment activities, performance management, leadership development, systems thinking, and survey guided action research. Additionally, this seasoned professional must have the skills and capabilities to deliver a suite of training & development programs offered by LDD, as well as the requisite mentoring and coaching skills in order to develop more junior team members.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Masters Degree or PhD. in OD, HRD, HR, Org. Psy.

15+ years of corporate work experience with any combination of organization development/effectiveness, HR, HRD, Training Development, process facilitation or management consulting.

Obtained licenses or certifications (internationally recognized) in the above listed fields of discipline.

Certification to train in international recognized programs from: Blanchard, Peter Senge, Zenger-Miller, etc.

COMMENTS:

Reporting into the Leadership Development Division, the position is part of the Career Development Department within Training & Career

Development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field in the area of Social Sciences.

A Bachelor s degree is acceptable if backed by distinguished long proven experience of HRD applications in a Corporate environment.

Ten (10) years of experience for Master degree candidates and eleven (11) years for Bachelor degree candidates in a professional capacity including some supervisory experience, of which five years should have been in applied HRD operations.

Excellent Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.

Excellent human relations skills, especially in dealing with people at all levels of client organizations. Sensitivity to issues related to the Saudi culture and ability to tactfully handle related matters
