TALENT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS

Saudi Aramco, the world s leading producer of oil, is seeking talent management professionals to support the identification and development of the company s senior leadership. You will join a highly-motivated team of professionals to design and implement world-class talent management processes for identifying and developing the company s current and next generation leaders.

The position reports to the Management Development Department, a small staff organization with close organizational proximity to the CEO with routine interactions with all senior executives. As a result, the position requires a high level of professional knowledge and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management.

Candidates must be degreed, BS Organization Psychology, Management Science, Business Administration or related field. Advanced studies related to employee development and organization behavior with a least 10 years experience in human resource systems and executive & management development.

The following is preferred:

- demonstrated experience with large-organization human resource systems.

- demonstrated experience in performing analysis, making evaluations and recommendations on human resource issues pertaining to management and executive development.

- demonstrated experience in designing or managing high potential and succession planning systems.

- an advanced degree or certifications in employee development or organizational psychology.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Designs, develops, manages, and evaluates talent management systems (succession planning, high potential identification, assessment centers) that impact the careers of the Company s SC 15+ managerial ladder personnel, both in kingdom and out of kingdom.

Analyzes existing managerial benchstrength.

Identifies and works directly with outside management development consultants to design programs specific to the needs of Saudi Aramco.

Coordinates delivery of programs, and designs methods to assess their impact and sustainability. Also identifies and evaluates the capabilities of world class management experts to determine their acceptability to work with Saudi Aramco executives as MDD external faculty.

Provides individual confidential support to executives and members of management in identifying resources and programs specific to their requirements.

Keeps management current on best practices in management and executive development, as well as related organization and global HR issues. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of such practices and recommends and implements approved programs.
