Night Drilling Supervisor

Location: Middle East
Night Drilling Supervisors required for rotation role in the Middle East to commence Q4 2008. This will be a 35/25 rotation based at the rig site. You will ensure on-site understanding of project expectations and daily work plan as well as proper implementation of the drilling plan through the use of communication tools such as pre-spud meetings, safety meetings, daily review meetings and tailgate meetings; Participate in risk assessments and peer reviews to ensure appropriate project planning; Recognise and reward good behaviour & performance; Provide input into well designs/procedure development, Risk Assessment plans and service provider selections. Ideally you will be degree qualified and previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
