Location: USA DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Updates and maintains preventive maintenance data file, issues notice of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, maintains inventory control data file.
Counts and labels store room items, adds UID number and line item prices and inputs this information into computer to establish and maintain inventory value.
Compiles records on spare parts issued, received, and reordered and inputs this data into PM system.
Analyzes storeroom activities to revise storeroom minimum/maximum levels in order to reduce inventory.
Reviews requisitions for correct costing, UID number, pricing, authorized approval and maintains a copy for file.
Receives and checks all material and equipment boarding vessels.
Advises department head when material, parts or equipment is received and ensures that material is stored properly.
Issues safety equipment, such as hats, gloves, glasses, and prepares papers for payroll.
Prepares material transfer forms to ensure that material is charged to correct cost centers.
Issues and receives small hand tools and is responsible for maintenance and repair of tools.
Cleans supply room using solvents, mops, brooms, and other cleaning devices.
Issues and update preventative maintenance cards and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Updates equipment register with preventative maintenance work orders.
Works a 12 hour shift in an offshore environment.
Adopts company safety program.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Computer Literate.
Over 1 year of material/inventory handling experience preferred.
Works a 28/14 offshore rotation.
