Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience.
Management / supervisory experience.
Field experience would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
Complete control of all drilling, completion and tie-in operations.
First line supervision and monitoring of company production operations.
First line operations communication with EUB and AE.
Operations AFE preparation and related cost controls.
Approval and coding of operation invoices.
Assist in budget preparations.
Programming of drilling and completion operations.
Hiring of field supervisors and supervision of same.
Tender and award of all operations services and supply requirements.
Maintenance of company Safety, Environmental and Emergency Response Programs.
Quarterly Operations Report for Board of Directors.
Electronic communication reporting of operations.
Attendance at weekly operations meetings.
Close communication with other company disciplines.
Other duties that may be required from time to time in a small exploration and production company.
