Project Manager - Subsea

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary interface with the client for technical and commercial interests
• Organize, staff, and manage the project team
• Prioritization of work based on deliverable gating system
• Coordination of multiple tasks during different project phases
• Strategic planning
• Proposal development
• Cost, Time, Resource (CTR development)
• Manpower forecasting
• Level-l, 2, & 3 Schedule development
• Project Profitability and Financial Reporting
• Change management (MOC)
• Risk and Opportunity mitigation/management
• Subcontract Management
• Client Satisfaction
• Ultimate project execution responsibility
Job Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-Years experience in project Management
• Minimum of 10-years Subsea Field Development experience with 3-Years specific experience with Subsea Hardware
• Engineering and/or Business Management degree preferred.
• Experienced in Subsea Field Architecture, Pipelines, Risers, Subsea Hardware and the engineering processes relative to executing engineering work associated with these disciplines
• PEP Certification -or- Equivalent experience
• Experience on Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication
• Prepare and deliver formal presentations and project reports
• Occasional domestic and international travel
• Valid Texas Drivers License and own transportation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Good attitude and willingness to manage and work with others in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, prioritization and negotiation skills
• Capable of balancing technical and business issues for effective management of projects
• Strong understanding of contracting principles
• Strong understanding of the Management of Change process
• Strong skills in composing and editing written materials
