Sr. .NET SharePoint/Web Application Developer (Application Developer 1)

* Participate in the establishment of a SharePoint (MOSS) offering for the organization, to include establishing standards, best practices, policies & procedures, governance, security, and support models.
* Participate in the delivery of SharePoint platforms, functionality, and solutions
* Provide leadership and guidance for team members with less knowledge and experience
* Provide input on solution design and implementation estimates.
* Write and document application code to satisfy business application design specifications.
* Test and correct all software and prcedural defects until all testing is successful.
* Interface with clients in a professional and effective manner and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Adhere to software development lifecycle standards, processes and procedures
* Adhere to project management standards, processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

* 2+ years as an architect and developer with Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 (WSS 2.0) and SharePoint Portal Server 2003
* 1+ years as an architect and developer with Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007
* Must have experience in developing custom web parts and integrating enterprise content with SharePoint to include content indexing, personalization and restricting access to content. Also needs experience in creating. net custom controls and user controls.
* Large scale design and implementations of SharePoint (including MOSS)
* Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 customization experience
* MOSS 2007 deployment experience
* Familiar with MOSS 2007 Branding of CSS style sheets and Site Templates
* Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems
* Working knowledge of MOSS 2007 Business Data Catalog
* Working knowledge of MOSS 2007 Search
* Experience developing solutions that utilize SOA
* Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Strong communication and analysis skills; ability to follow up on production issues until resolved successfully
