Description
With a commitment to provide maintenance performance analysis across Woodside Assets, the Business Analyst will provide key decision making information that will be essential in the continuous improvement of Operations Integrity and Maintenance, and provide the focus for areas of improvement in Maintenance strategy and execution. This will be achieved by producing maintenance performance and KPI reports, data mining function for all aspects of operational maintenance performance data, contribution to continuous maintenance / reliability / cost improvement through effective analysis and providing support to SAP PM Data quality initiatives.

With a strong focus on enabling decisions on maintenance programs and improvements to be made, your main responsibilities will be in supporting the core business of maintenance and reliability management for any Operational Assets in the Production Division. You will be responsible for reporting on integrity, operations and maintenance KPIs, assisting in the development of maintenance targets; producing weekly maintenance reports detailing leading indicators for maintenance execution. You will also assist with data collection and compilation of data for the annual benchmarking programs.

The Business Analyst will be required to provide relief for the Senior Business Analyst during periods of annual leave and extended absences from the office.

Qualifications
A trade qualification or extensive maintenance knowledge as well as a minimum of 5 years work experience in Engineering or Oil & Gas / mining sectors.
High level skills in the use of SAP-PM and knowledge of SAP-BW are also required.
Advanced computing skills in Microsoft Office and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills must be shown. Maintenance planning, using SAP, would be held in high regard.
