Description

Working as an HR Analyst at Woodside, you will have the opportunity to combine your experience and interest in human resources with your well developed administrative skills to provide a high level of support to members of the human resources team and the business.

In this role you will:

* Process internal people changes, transfers and remuneration entitlements and allowances;
* Provide support and advice with regard to the application of HR policies;
* Prepare new salary packages and letters of appointment;
* Ensure data integrity for SAP HR module;
* Assist with HR data reporting;
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

In this role it is essential you have:

* A strong customer focus
* The ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously
* Manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
* Are a committed team member
* Have a flexible work ethic
* The ability to maintain confidentiality
* Have excellent attention to detail

Ideally you will have a background within a human resources or payroll environment and experience in SAP.
