Owned by Enbridge Inc. and several private investors, Enbridge Gas New Brunswick distributes natural gas to over 7,500 institutional, commercial, industrial and residential customers in New Brunswick. Enbridge Gas New Brunswick currently provides service to nine communities, including Dieppe, Fredericton, Moncton, Oromocto, Riverview, Sackville, Saint John, St. George and St. Stephen.
The Manager, Installation & Service will be a member of the senior management team and will have strategic and tactical accountability for the planning, development and delivery of equipment installations, as well as the delivery of both retail and utility services.
Responsibilities:
Ensure installation and service performance targets are met and value creation is maximized by driving the installation and service process.
Ensure the risk/reward balance is maintained through contracting.
Optimizing available resources, both internal and external, against workload demands.
Build and manage key installation and service relationships to identify growth and cost optimization opportunities.
Liaise with trade and professional associations to optimize technical acceptance.
Develop and lead strategic relationships with technical authorities.
Promote and ensure consistent promotion of the brand and products through home shows, trade associations and trade alliances.
Champion interaction between installation and sales functions.
Co-ordinate training initiatives for installation and project management staff.
Timely and dedicated reporting of the complete installation funnel and co-ordination with sales and operations.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education.
5 years of practical, relevant industry experience.
Contractor management and development skills.
Leadership capability; aggressively manage relationships to deliver profitable technical solutions in support of natural gas distribution sales.
Strong business process capabilities.
Strong forecasting and budgeting skills.
Financial aptitude.
