Well established multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

Safety Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
* Planning and implementation of safety programs and procedures.
* Preparing and conducting safety toolbox meeting & safety orientation
* assessment.
* Conducting routine safety inspections and monitoring safety performance
* Providing advice and assistance to the Project Manager and employees in
* implementation of training programs and risk assesment.
* Supporting project staff in the daily management of safety
* issuesPromote and develop a safety –proactive safety culture.

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent
* MUST HAVE at least 7 years experience in a similar position in Mining/Oil
* Construction Industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Reporting
* Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and
* written.
* Familiar with HSE Procedure including development and implementation
* of the Project Safety Plan
* Must have a Hands on Attitude to the work environment.
* Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive
* working attitude
