Location: Saudi Arabia POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will report to the Refining, Planning & Technical Support Group of the Refining organization. This position will function as a lead counselor/advisor that will interface and consult to senior management and executive staff in the assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of processes and strategies to address the Refining Administrative Area's major HR areas including change management, safety management, leadership development, talent management, and technical/professional career development guidance. This position will provide individual confidential support to executives and members of management in identifying resources and programs both in-Kingdom and out-of-Kingdom, targeted to their specific development needs. The position holder will provide design and process facilitation consulting services to business unit management teams in both large and small group formats. The position holder will also mentor and coach more junior staff
SELECTION CRITERIA: BS/BA degree, Masters or MBA a plus, with a minimum of 15 years in large scale training & development, organizational development, or human resource development preferably in a large manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to consult at management and executive levels; assess organizational structure, direction, strategy, and identify and initiate successful interventions. Demonstrated influencing, consulting, advising, coaching, and verbal & written English communication skills.
