Location: Saudi Arabia Saudi Aramco is seeking a HR Policy Analyst for a position at its corporate headquarters in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This position involves review of HR and personnel issues and concerns to develop policies that help the Company attract, retain and motivate employees.
Requires a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or closely related discipline with 10 years comprehensive mid to senior-level experience in industrial relations activities. Solid knowledge and understanding of energy industry employee relations and trends worldwide. Advanced HR degree or SPHR preferred. Responsibilities include:
Maintain knowledge of all company policies and procedures. Perform extensive analysis, conduct studies of previous practices and competitive analysis of industry and best practices of employee relations issues such as recruitment, holidays, vacations, local/international transportation, shipment, work location, housing, work schedules, overtime pay and policies relating to transfers and temporary assignments. Assist in advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Implement and evaluate human resources and labor relations policies, programs and procedures and advise management and employees on personnel matters. Provide functional direction to assigned professionals where necessary for effective completion of projects. Act as ERP&P member of corporate task forces and committees where areas under study may require incumbent specialty input. Conduct in concert with organizational personnel, regular or special surveys in locations such as the U.S., U.K., Europe, Gulf and Asia to establish or confirm required data and information on local policies and practices.
