Due to an organisational restructure, Illawarra Coal is seeking adaptable and results-oriented people to help start up and run our asset based Employee Services team in Port Kembla. Participating in the transfer of this service from our Adelaide HR Services Centre you will actively contribute to ensuring the successful hand over and follow this up with consistent achievement of daily and period end transactional payroll and employee entitlement activities.
Leading a small team, you will provide specialist knowledge in regards to award interpretation, employee remuneration and entitlements. You will develop and monitor the process, KPI’s and internal controls for your team and manage relationships with external parties, ensure compliance with legislative requirements and contribute to Illawarra Coal policies and procedures relating to employee entitlements. Your expertise in remuneration and benefits administration will be complemented by your focus on continuous improvement and problem solving skills.
