Think Position
Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, the Business Excellence Superintendent will be responsible for leading the business improvement initiatives across the site.
You will have an aptitude and willingness for facilitation/team leadership skills with the ability to confidently lead cross-discipline groups in business improvement projects. This position will be supported by direct and indirect reporting relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in a leadership role which focused on the promotion of Business Improvement concepts and initiatives;
* A strong safety focus and a commitment to Zero Harm;
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications (minimum of diploma level);
* Knowledge of six sigma methodologies (black belt in six sigma is preferable);
* Good analytical skills;
* A high level of computer literacy and statistical analysis skills; and
* Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable co-operation with a wide range of people including mine site & corporate personnel and joint venture partners;
The following additional qualifications or experience whilst not essential will be highly regarded:
* Previous business analyst studies or experience would be highly regarded; and
* An understanding and experience of mining operations would be considered an advantage
