This position will actively lead all HR system improvement projects, including testing. Engage employees to electronically capture and store data for our main repository - SAP. Embed systems for performance enhancement, organisational maintenance, time and leave management. Ensure data integrity, and use your critical analysis skills to report trends which will assist business decisions.
As the successful candidate, you are an experienced HR generalist, with at least 2 years experience. Tertiary qualified, you have a proven track record in developing & implementing new HR programs. Experience in the mining industry, and knowledge of the NWT and aboriginal culture is an asset.
