Position Synopsis

As a world leader in our sector we are introducing market leading recruitment and candidate sourcing methodologies, supported by a new dedicated approach to candidate care and management. This is a unique opportunity to apply your highly developed skills in a well supported and focused team environment.

Our company is on a very exciting expansion program, requiring specialist skills from its resourcing team to support the business needs from a human resourcing perspective.

Reporting to the Resourcing Leader, key responsibilities will include the management of internal client relationships, provision of consultative advice on candidate market conditions, application of creative candidate sourcing and attraction skills and the ability to communicate across business levels, in a highly effective manner.

Skills and Experience

People of interest will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, well developed written and verbal communication skills, and a strong understanding of search recruitment methodologies.
