We are principally involved in the provision of highly specialized pipe coating services, corrosion protection solutions, drilling supplies, pipeline construction as well as engineering design fabrication and rental of gas compression and other process equipments for the global oil and gas industry. In addition to Malaysia, we have offices and operations in China, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, India, UAE, USA, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. We are pleased to invite suitable candidates to be part of our company in the following position:

Senior Finance Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive analytical review of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidations financials.
* Preparation of quarterly announcements for tabling to Audit Committee and Board and subsequent release of BURSA
* Liasing with statutory auditors and responsible for the preparation & timely finalization of WSC consolidated audited financials including annual report
* Assist in evaluation of corporate exercise proposals and ensuring compliance with prevailing guideline issued by the relevant regulatory authorities and financial advisor / consultants including ratings agencies.
* Monitor and analyze strategic plans and financial models of existing business and potential investments.
* Assist in the review of the group business.
* Assist in overall tax planning for the group.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
