Overseas Recruitment & Staffing Executives
(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Dang Wangi Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
* This position encompasses the staffing executives to resource mainly expatriate(overseas)specialist professionals within the company proprietary data base system and through web advertising and networking. The staffing executives are coached to resource and matches capability for a wide range of disciplines within the petroleum sector. Our recruitment & staffing executives undergo a comprehensive on the job training on skills, abilities, terminology and knowledge applied in the industry to give them the edge in this oil business sector.
* Assists the specific accounts managers in the resourcing tasks.
* Willing to travel to overseas location when required to support the in country managers or accounts manager.
* The position will eventually requires the staffing executive to directly encounter with the users thus securing repeat business. The staffing executives’ ultimate responsibility is to satisfy the Oil business stringent requirement of a unique special product which is Top Quality People!
* Discipline coverage span from Seismic related support services, sub surface and Geosciences, drilling & completion, project engineering & project management to offshore production services, but his target shall be focused.
* Analyzes the client’s needs and special challenges and strategize appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Geology/Geophysics, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): good english communication, good mathematics, diligent work.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
