Toll Offshore Petroleum Services Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toll Asia is widely regarded as the premier offshore supply base in the Asia Pacific. Located at the extreme east of Singapore, the entire land area occupied and operated by us is approximately 52 ha, invites suitable candidates to apply for the post of:

EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is expected to be involved in the following areas:
* Facilitate the Strategic planning process
* Preparation of Feasibility study for project
* Strategic proposals
* Project implementations & executions
* Coordinate company events and social functions for clients
* Work with Marketing and Macom on Marketing Plan, Events and Customer Relationship Management
* Securing sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects
* Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Writing and distributing press releases
* Assisting in the delivery of approved strategies
* Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Director

Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with 3 to 5 years working experience and at least 1 to 2 years related working experience
* Meticulous and good with numbers
* Strong analytical and Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
* Pro-active and flexible individual with demonstrated initiative
* Good team player who is able to multi-task and interact with all levels of staff
* Spontaneous and customer oriented. Independent, creative and with Drive.
* Competency in computer and database in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Occasional travelling may be required
