SUMMARY:

* Install, troubleshoot, operate and configure company products and systems at customer sites. Instruct customer in product usage.

Field Service Manager
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Pre-commission activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing
* Test and tune company product including machinery testing, control loop tuning and troubleshooting
* Remote technical/systems engineering support and troubleshooting
* Prepare administrative (expenses, reports, etc.) and aftermarket support
* Supervise customer training and installations
* Mentorship
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures
* Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required
* Must be able to anticipate and assess customer-training needs, train in the field and from remote sites to ensure customer operation of equipment in timely, efficient, economical and safe manner.

International:

* Must be eligible and able to obtain work visa or work permit in country/site of field assignment(s). Valid international drivers license preferred.

Requirements:
* U.S.) Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.S.E.) from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Similar service experience for Physical Properties Analyzer, industrial experience from Refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical Industry will be a big advantage.
* Must have recent experience in field engineering, technical customer service, training, and installation
* Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Ability to proficiently use computers.
