Our Client is a leading international consultancy and engineering company servicing a broad range of clients in the upstream Oil & Gas sector. Operating on a global basis, we pride ourselves in our truly multi-discipline capability and employ over 500 Professional Engineers & Technologists.
Their associate company in Kuwait is an integrated oil & gas exploration, development and management specialist offering independent consultancy services covering subsurface up to export pipelines. It provides technical and commercial advices as well as operational support for upstream activities. Established in 2006 with 24 projects already complete. We are seeking to build an integrated subsurface team consisting of Geophysicist, Geologist, Reservoir Engineer and Petrophysicist based in Kuwait. To that end, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Consultancy Services Manager willing to relocate to Kuwait.
Brief overview of job role:
. Build and manage the business.
. Run the business as a profitable centre.
. Develop, maintain and implement strategies to achieve business growth.
. Build relationships with clients.
. Project management and conducting consultancy assignments.
. Write technical report as part of a fully integrated subsurface team.
. Liaison with JV partners.
Qualifications / experience:
.BSc in Engineering, Science or Geoscience (as a minimum).
.Proven track record of Business Development, Marketing, Management and Leadership skills.
.At least 15 years practical experience with an E&P / Consultancy company in any of the following areas: geophysics, petroleum geology or reservoir engineering.
.Strong marketing and client management skills.
.Proven track record of writing technical report as part of a technical subsurface team.
