FEED Project Manager needed for a long term contract assignment with a major oil and gas company in Houston, TX. The candidate must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship and possess at minimum, a bachelor's degree and ten years related experience. The ideal candidate will lead the client's evaluation team to define project scopes and costs and assist with the preliminary project technical plans, including concept selection, brownfield verifications, project risk assessment, constructability review, issues identification workshop, lessons learned workshop, cost and schedule estimating basis and FEED planning, preliminary execution plan including early project plan workshop, purchasing and contracting plan, work breakdown structure, construction plan, organization plan, interface coordination, funding plan and regulatory compliance plan and the development of management review material for milestone decisions. The candidate will have at least five to ten years project engineering and facility engineering experience in upstream oil and gas sector and a broad background in onshore and offshore projects, including brownfield upgrades, topsides modifications, and subsea modifications.
