Financial Accountant - Statutory Reporting

In this key role you will be responsible for the preparation of statutory financial information and consolidated accounts. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, timely and accurate preparation of group consolidated accounts and subsidiary accounts, timely and accurate preparation of ASX quarterly releases and accounting for merger and acquisition and divestments are all significant parts of this role. Reporting to the Statutory Reporting Manager the successful applicant will be required build and maintain key internal and external relationships.

Qualifications
The successful applicant will be CPA qualified or equivalent with extensive commercial experience and a fundamental understanding of Australian and international accounting standards and their commercial application.
