Location: Saudi Arabia POSITION DESCRIPTION: Evaluate Saudi Aramco's IT Business and technical environment to ensure ability to integrate solutions with required performance and results; Design and propose workable and cost-effective solutions based on in-depth analysis of customer requirements; both business and technical to ensure that the solution meets the real needs of the customer, ensuring that the content is business oriented and technically and operationally viable; Design and develop of integrated solutions; Diagnose and drive resolution to ensure full alignment and integration of process and technology; Review and approve project documentation and estimates to ensure that the content is both technically and operationally viable; Develop methodologies and delivery processes which promote re-use, efficiency and consistency and minimize risk; Act as business Design Authority on specific major projects; taking responsibility for the delivery of all aspects from the design stage through acceptance testing to ensure that any business and technical issues or problems are dealt with promptly and effectively; and manage the consultancy interface with the customer to ensure that the solution process is conducted in a professional and effective manner.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies. Management of business process improvement Projects using recognized process improvement methodologies. Activities include process analysis, development of quantitative benchmarks, development of opportunities, conceptual design, performance targets; development, validation and implementation of optimized processes. Strong (technical) English writing skills; strong communications skills; Process oriented; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Proactive; Entrepreneurial orientation; Flexibility to use skills in varying organizational roles; Business maturity (ability to cope with conflict, time demands, etc); Tolerant of ambiguity (frequent change, unresolved situations); Ability to create positive energy in individuals and groups; Ability to set and prioritize goals. Ability to prepare and present concise reports and presentations to Senior Management. MBA is a plus
