Management across disciplines from an Operations slant. Lead the Drill and Blast, Crusher and Voids teams through day to day operations. 5 direct reports and close to 100 below them. Complex mining environment due to old workings.  

Salary packaging - generous base, above industry super, vehicle, housing and health insurance allowances and 15% KPI based bonuses. Residentially located in Kalgoorlie – Monday to Friday roster. Under half hour drive to and from site each day.

Established producer – strong production results on the back of core business goals. Proven track record of hitting production targets.

You will bring a BEng in Mining and at least 10-12 years’ of post-grad experience, including two in a drill and blast role. A QM and/or Shotfirer’s ticket would put you ahead.
