Deputy to the Technical Services Manager- AUS00236
A dynamic and challenging opening to contribute to our Perth based Technical Services Department in the newly created role of Deputy to the Technical Services Manager has become available. Primarily providing a high level support and administration service to the Technical Services Manager, this role also acts as a channel for the movement of information between Bristow bases, the Technical Services Department, Fleet Support and the OEMs. Building and maintaining cohesive relationships through technical and non-technical liaison and communication across a variety of external and internal business functions is a central function of this role. Once appointed, the Deputy to the Technical Services Manager will become a qualified HAAMC, moving into the role of Acting Technical Services Manager in periods of absence. The successful candidate for this position will be a Licenced Engineer (ideally Avionics discipline) with superior verbal and written communication skills. The ability to continually multi-task a wide range and level of duties and projects is also a key strength required to successfully organise competing priorities. Extensive administration capabilities including effective dissemination of information are essential. In addition, familiarity with a global organisation including the knowledge of company policy and procedure development and working across international boundaries is desirable, with advanced project management and organisation skills a must.
