A dynamic engineering division within a market-leading consultancy operating in the oil and gas industry has recently been experiencing significant market growth. This growth has created an immediate opportunity for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join the team based in the Adelaide CBD.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overall design work, producing specifications and testing of instrumentation in hazardous areas on onshore and offshore production oil and gas facilities. Additionally, you will be involved with hydraulic and pneumatic control equipment as well as emergency shutdown, fire and gas alarm systems.

Ideally you will be a degree qualified design engineer with extensive experience with PLC, SCADA, power and lighting systems, and distribution boards. Your experience will have been gained within heavy industrial/mining or oil and gas sectors.
