In light of this one of the regions foremost engineering consultancies recognises they need your skills in the Perth office in order to increase their technical expertise in this discipline. Specialists in servicing a broad range of clients in the upstream oil & gas industry, they pride themselves on being a truly multi-disciplinary firm that internationally employs over 300 of the best engineers and scientists. <

You have the chance to step into this leadership role in a new department, planned to number 10 15 within 12 months. As an established international consultancy our client is looking to expand their front-end design portfolio to included subsea capabilities. You will work along side other discipline leaders in preparation and presentation of new tenders to new and existing clients as well as using your leadership skills to mentor and develop less experienced engineers.

On offer is a base salary of up to $200000 that is complimented by 9% super; gold medical insurance and last years bonuses were 15%. Also you will find a modern flexible working environment with fresh fruit in the mornings and regular social events a refreshing change. Any overtime can be taken in lieu as additional leave or used to for a 9-day fortnight.
