One of the worlds largest providers of engineering and construction services is looking to expand into the Perth Subsea market. They provide specialised engineering expertise to the oil & gas industry and are offering unrivalled career opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within their career field.

Ideally you will have expertise in the design and construction of subsea a variation of subsea equipment. As the principal engineer you will be directly involved with client management teams and senior internal teams. You will make presentations of results of work, including recommendations for follow up actions. A key function your role will be to manage the team and display strong leadership skills to achieve this. You will have the opportunity to provide your expertise towards employee development, performance appraisals and coach/mentor lower level professionals.

This is a staff role, but on an hourly rate basis providing you with the best of both worlds.
