Leading Australian Coal Seam Gas Producer / Attractive Remuneration Package / Immediate Start / Eastern Australian and Asian Operations

Our client is currently one of Australia's leading Coals Seam Gas producers, operating in Eastern Australia and Asia. Due to continued expansion and production, they currently require an Experienced Electrical Instrumentation Technician.

Working on the Moranbah Gas Project, you will focus on the operation and maintenance of Gas Well Assets, providing the required assistance on what is one of the largest operating coal seam gas projects in the country. Currently existing as the sole supplier of natural gas to the North Queensland market, our client is looking to expand into the Gladstone supply market.

Specific responsibilities include:
# Maximising well availability and utilisation
# Detecting and eliminating faults
# Assisting with procedure development

Succesful applicants will have the following:
# Hazardous area experience / qualifications
# High Voltage experience
# Knowledge of SCADA and DCS systems
# PLC and Telemetry knowldge
# Foxboro & Fisher / Rosemount Devices

A Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic License is essential, whilst an Electrical and Instrumentation Trade Certificate is and advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with an intermediate understanidng of Microsoft Office.
