An established New Zealand based EPCM specialist that provides total engineering solutions to clients requires the immediate services of a Lead Mechanical / Piping Engineer. This is a permanent position and is based in Auckland or Whangarei.

Successful applicants must:
- Possess BE Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Have experience in piping, vessels and/or rotating plant engineering and design
- Familiarity with appropriate codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, ASME VIII, PD5500, Pipeline Codes
- Use of appropriate software stress analysis programmes
- An understanding of planning, costing, maintenance and construction engineering activities
- The ability to interface directly with clients within an integrated multi-discipline team and to work with a wider engineering team in a multi-disciplinary project environment skills
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of technical and practical competence
- Excellent verbal and written communication
